Strategy, Process, and Management
are closely tied to each other. Strategy can’t be executed without robust processes, not only the process to implement the strategy itself, but also the key business processes, which must be controlled measured and optimized, in support of enterprise goals, spanning systems, employees, customers, and partners within and beyond the enterprise boundaries. Likewise, the portfolio of strategic projects and program must be executed in the most effective way in order to meet the overall goals and objectives of the overall corporate, and underlying business units, and departmental strategy.
We don’t claim to be experts in everything, but we do claim to be experts in strategy creation, strategy execution, business process management, portfolio management, program management and project management. If not, we stand to reimburse the daily pro-rated cost until they are.
